The University of Murcia was born in March of 1915, after a campaign of social support for its creation promoted by the media and regional society. One hundred years later, the University of Murcia confirms its commitment to the training of professionals, with the creation and communication of scientific knowledge, to economic and social development of the Region and the transmission of culture.
